So my basement seems to be in the 65-67 deg range. I know that 68-72 is best for ales, but will I be ok with this? Should I let it ferment a bit longer?

Thanks
Tom

That's actually a perfect range if you ask me. You can check out each yeast for optimum temps. I wish I had a basement.

Actually, you'll be just right. The yeast activity will produce a little bit of heat which will bump your fermentation temperature right up into the range you are looking for.
