Here's my problem- i put the beer in the fermenter, i had bubbles for two days and then it completely stopped bubbling. should i worry?

Unless you've had a strong temperature shift -- you are OK.

Depending on the yeast and starting OG, it might be done fermenting already. Take a hydrometer reading and see where it is at.

Bubbles and airlock activity do not mean anything other than the fact that enough CO2 was being produced to push the accumulated gasses out. Once that dissipates it does not mean anything other than there is now less gas present.

In addition, after active fermentation is complete there is still a third phase of fermentation that occurs and generally that is why it is recommended you leave the beer for two weeks and then take gravity readings for a couple days. If, then, you get the same reading at least twice over 3 days you can be sure fermentation is complete
