I wanted to post these completed pics because I owe a debt of gratitude to those that have blazed this trail before me!

I would have never figured out the programming or wiring of the TSS2-2100 had it not been for this thread : https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f51/temperature-controller-box-portable-solution-128443/

So far, holding steady at 63 degrees with a Dunkelweizen I brewed today!
