Getting ready to brew 3rd batch (soon). I did an american amber ale in the bucket to ferment 1st batch, but my second batch i put in carboy to ferment so i could see what was actually going on in that magical little container.
But I'm slightly concerned the aroma from the amber ale is going to bleed into the pale ale i am going to brew (soon)
Any ideas? i cleaned/scrubbed it out when I bottled. But as most plastics seem to do it still has a hint of ale? not that it is a bad thing but didn't want to have that taint the beer
