Hello, I am just looking for some feedback in this recipe I got righ here in the attachment, I basically just wanna know if thats a good combination. Planning to brew it on sunday. Also, How much pre boil volume would I need?

Batch size 3.5 gallons
Mash at 155
Fermentation in 6 gallons glass carboy for 3 weeks.

If you are wanting to make a malty beer...then I think you will get just that.
Vienna as base and adding Munich to that will for sure be a malty beer

Yes I want a malty beer, however, is nottingham the right choice for this? I am kind of doubting that

There are folks here better at picking yeast than me, but for what it is worth nottingham is pretty versatile and forgiving. I don't think that is a bad choice myself. I used Safale 05 a lot for general brews like this, it is a beast. Extremely hardy and forgiving and of course very clean finish without imparting any flavors of it's own.
