Is there a sealant out there that is FDA approved, temp rated, and washable? I have to install temp probes for my solenoids, and I need a way to seal them up in the bottom of my sight glasses. Help.

Food grade silicone caulk/sealant should handle the high temps just fine.

108 is translucent.
