EKG is for me. 
I like Centennial and Citra with the bulk being Centennial and late and dry hop additions being Citra.
Also, did a great pale ale with all chinook in the boil and citra as a dry hop and it's one of the best pale ales I've tasted. I wouldn't have thought that to be the case by looking at the recipe.
Amarillo/Citra makes a great APA imo.
+1it might be boring sounding, but my favorite is colombus cascade. Nice and simple, heavy on the cascade late.

Equal parts of Simcoe, Centennial, and Citra for me. Love that combo.
