Faucet place holders

I recently finished my keezer project. I drilled holes for four taps but I'm only running two right now. I've currently got grocery bags stuffed in the tap holes for insulation. I've seen some similar projects on here before where people have secured a nice metal disk in the empty faucet spots (rivets, washers, I don't know what you would call it).

What are those? I assume I would need some kind of shank to secure it inside the freezer but I'm at a loss at what you call that hardware or where you would buy it. Any help? Obligatory picture attached.
