Hello all and thank you for hosting this forum. I'm a total beginner (brewing 2nd beer this weekend) but felt the need to purchase a fast fermenter because of the ease of use. The beer this weekend will be a saison and the room I will be using to ferment will not be able to sustain the 75 degree fermentation temp. I know they make a jacket to keep the beer warm but I'm looking at other options to precisely control the temp. (I had an issue with the first beer). Due to the conical shape, I don't believe the brew belt will work. Has anyone else had any experience with any other types of heaters/temp. Control systems using a fast ferment?
