Hi there. I currently live in Ethiopia, have been for about 18 months, but should be making my way stateside in the next couple of months. In the meantime, I am trying to read and learn all I can about brewing. I was able to try two batches of wine with equipment I found here (the first batch spiced banana actually turned out very well) but there is no way I could attempt beer with my limited knowledge. So any questions I might have are truly born of ignorance. With that, I shall quietly retreat to the background and jealousy watch as you all imbibe that which I would one day as well. Thank you.
