The Fantome keg should be on early this coming week. I believe their Shelton delivery is on Tuesday and it will likely go right on as the next keg.

Not to derail the thread, but you didn't like Space Tiger? What about it is off-putting? And even if you didn't enjoy it, you think it's bad enough you are contemplating drain pour?

I can't tell if its simply that the brett is in a weird transitional state I am not fond of (some akward place where its startying to dry out but still has some pronounced citrus thing - I have had a similar reaction to BRUX at a point in its development) or if its the interplay of brett w/ the sweaty Galaxy falvors perhaps... but the nose is straight pine sol and a lot of that comes through in the flavor too.

And "choking it down" was probably overstating it, its just decidedly less magical than the army of tomes I have at my disposal.

Unfortunately, no. I think this was a 2015 (was that a thing)? I got it at a Brussels bottle shop before the 2016 batch.

Prepared myself when opening, just in case. No gusher here. Lot BC F 14. Nose is amazing, strawberry and pepper, maybe some clove. Very clean finish. Perfect for packing boxes.
