False bottom material

I recently aquired cool old cooking pot with a spigot, and I want to fit it with a false bottom for all-grain brewing. Trouble is, I have no idea what kind of material to use. I would prefer stainless steel, but am unsure of where to get a sheet of it that would be food grade/not treated. Any thoughts?

mcmaster.com or any other industrial/metal supplier. 304 or 316 stainless is fine. You can also buy them ready made at any homebrew shop online.
