Got all the parts, put it together on Friday and brewed 18 gallons of an IPA with it (44 lbs. of grain). Fits like a glove in the Winco 80-quart. With the bottom sitting flush against one "side", there is probably around 3/64-1/8 inch gap on the other side. The fittings are from bargainfittings.com. Due to the slight curvature on the bottom of the pot, I had to drill the spigot hole so the top of the inside weldless 1/2 NPT was right at the height of the false bottom. This was easily fixed by picking up some stainless steel nuts to put under the false bottoms legs.
As of right now (April 2012), there is a seller on Amazon selling this pot for $100 + shipping. The entire fittings (including thermometer and diptube), pot, and false bottom cost approx. $270 + shipping. The finished product looks as follows (please ignore all the toys in the pictures..):
