How often should I water my plants after they have been cut back and mulched? I assume I'll stop watering all together once the ground freezes. Thanks in advance

Might depend on your location. Might not.
fwiw, I cut my bines down two weeks ago, once the frost finally got 'em.
Took apart the drip system and solenoid controller as well.
So, same as every year over the last four, post-frost they're on their own until the ground can be worked next Spring...

Run a hose at a trickle on each for a few hours. How often...depends on rain.
