Just tapped into this batch right in time for Memorial Day. I'm very happy with the Falconers Flight from Hopunion and the WLP090 San Diego Super Yeast. The hops are clean and balanced with grapefruit and pine notes and the yeast was supper efficient and very clean and clear. I lowered my Mash temp to 148 cold crashed for three days and have the clearest beer I've made thus far. Highly recommend a blow off for the WLP090, oh buddy.
