Are these usually off? My kegco has .064 at 12 o’clock, at 3,oclock it’s .032 and at 6 o’clock it’s zero. So I bought some feeler gauges and used the .028 gauge and the knobs sinched down the gauge at just above the .032 setting. Am I a moron, shouldn’t .028 be between the .032 and zero setting so prob like in the 4 o’clock range and not above .032 marking on the mill?

I think the gap markings on most mills are for entertainment purposes only. That’s certainly the case with my Cereal Killer. If you’re using feeler gauges the markings don’t matter anyway.

this is my first mill so I just wanted to make sure I was looking at things correctly. I initially set it with my drivers license then realized after measuring it’s around the .023 setting which seems pretty tight to me so I’m glad I had the gauges for accurate measurements.
