I got a really sweet deal on a welder and picked it up. I'm thinking of building an extract sculpture were I can have everything in one neat package; burner, igniter, plate chiller, pump, etc.. Has anybody seen or heard of such a thing? Also, what would you put on yours if you made one. I know they are all over the all grain world but I haven't seen anything for extract.

You wouldn't really need a "sculpture" for all-extract, because you don't need to sparge the wort into the brew kettle. I guess you could have something so you could pump the wort from the kettle to the primary, but all you need there is to put the kettle on the counter and the primary on the floor and rack/pump into it.

I'd follow the directions for an all-grain sculpture, so you can upgrade if you want to.

Makes sense to me!
