Exta Pale LME / Extra Light LME

Are these malt extracts the same? My LHBS only has the light version, and the recipe (a porter) I'm using calls for extra light. Should I just substitute?

Extra Pale and Extra Light are the same thing. Light is a little darker than extra light, and can be substituted if you do not have any other options.
