Hi was wondering if its ok to add honey off the supermarket shelf to my coopers draught brew?

Sure, you can add plain ol' supermarket honey to a kit. It's just another type of fermentable sugar. I will add that is almost completely fermentable, so it won't add body.

I prefer unpasteurized as pasteurization kills nifty enzymes and flavors from the honey. Check the mead forums in regards to that.
