Last night I filled my first bottles. Let me tell you how bummed I was that I still needed to wait 10 to 14 days before tasting. I'm thinking about heading out and buying some good old nasty Macro Brew and drinking it for a couple of days before tasting my own. Should give me a better appreciation for the work I did.

Yes, I've been into Homebrew Heaven, in fact it's where I picked up all my supplies. After my first initial misshap of an exploding capper on my first fermentation bucket, they assured me that I should relax, not worry about and keep trucking.
