Evaluate a found schematic for automated setup

I found this here: https://github.com/BrewPi/herms-layout

it's a pdf, a rather detailed one, of a single tier 3 vessel HERMS system with CIP. I attached a print-off of page 1. Each page shows the water flow and what's going on.

Can anyone tell me if they see any weaknesses or holes in this? Since this is thus far the most well documented design I've seen, I think I'll be basing my build on it.
