Just wondering if anyone has any good ideas for making a Espresso stout using the brewers best kit for the Irish stout? I had a really awesome espresso stout called Cubano Espresso brewed by Cigar City Brewery in Tampa, FL that inspired me to make one.

Welcome, Wonder. If you look through the recipe database here (on the main page, just scroll down and you'll find it) you'll find other tested recipes for coffee and espresso stouts from other members - they'll give you some ideas probably.

One bit of advice I can give you is to be careful about the balance in stouts - roastiness can come from both the roasted barley and coffee. I've made stouts that had espresso flavors in them, but I didn't add any espresso. If you add a lot of coffee, I'd consider backing off the roasted barley.
