Equipment needed to setup small commercial tea microbrewery

Hi, so I am interested in setting up a small tea brewery to make a bottled tea (not kombucha or fermented) I am looking to do 60 gallon batches. I am researching the equipment I need and it's getting really complicated.

So, I am wondering if anybody could help on explaining the basic essiental equipment to start producing. So far my list includes: Kettle brewer, Kettle stand, drums for mixing, Chiller

I have found a 100 gallon kettle and I am lost on how to heat a kettle of this size. So can someone explain the heat source and setup I would need. Also which is easier a regular kettle brewer or electric?

The kettle and drums have ball valve drains, so how do I make transportaion into bottles easily? I have read you need hoses

In terms of bottling I am looking to do about 15,000 bottles a month so an electric bottle filler is probably best but haven't found one yet. Any recommendations on inexpensive ones? Preferably one that simple to setup

I know I am probably missing a lot of things especially with things like setup so any info is really appreciated!

Yes, I have and do but in small inconvenient batches so I am trying to scale up my manufacturing abilities. I am asking about the bare minimum equipment needed to be able to do 60 gallon batches, so if you have any advice, I'd appreciate it.

I would suggest a couple of hot rid heatsticks from brewhardware.com

Two heatsticks using 5500w elements will quickly heat your water and can easily be moved from batch to batch.
