I guess we're not being obnoxious enough for this thread. Hey Northjerzyg, what's it like being a Rags fan where you live knowing the Devils have won 3 Cups since the Rags have? I mean you really have nothing to brag about. Lundqvist? Seems human right now, plus he's never won ANYTHING!

I was really impressed with the resilience of NJ. They looked deflated but persevered. Marty looked rough, but didn't lose his head. Dubinsky was right back where he was a month ago, and after only a couple contact practices. Lundquist wasn't the same goalie of game 4.

Dude that's awesome, sorry, AWESOME! When I was in the Air Force the guy that roomed next to me, his name was Stanley Cupp! He didn't even watch hockey, sad. Everyone has their opinions on being a real fan. If I'm pessimistic about the Devils winning when they have a 3-0 lead there's a reason for it, they blow leads. I don't talk smack, I'm not involved with the game. No one cares if I cross my fingers or wears my jersey when they play, it's on them. Bottom line is the Rangers go as far as Lundqvist takes them because what he does matters more than anyone else. Been proven. Upside for the Devils is that they're up 3-2 and Marty still hasn't played 60 minutes.

What season though!! In a year they go from missing the playoffs by 1 game to missing the pres trophy by 1 game. Plus an exciting win at the classic and a deep run in the playoffs.

Lots of young talent and the continued presence of THE KING means the Rangers will remain "relevant" for the next few seasons. I'm lookin forward to it!!!

I'll hope for Devils in 7 if not sooner, but this is going to be a pretty tough series, and have to concede with the way the Kings are playing they're probably going to win it. So realistically I'd say probably Kings in 6.
