Enjoying the last bottle of a good batch.

I'm having the last bottle of my batch of Simcoe/Amarillo IPA. I have a great pipeline going so I'm not out of beer or anything, but this one I can't brew again until the fall when I can get my hands on Amarillo and Simcoe again. Can't wait. Man, this is good. Cheers!

I purposely mix bottles up in multiple boxes for that exact reason. I have a single box that I try to put 2 from each batch in but its too easily accessible. When I get my cellar built I plan on burying boxes upon boxes of beers! Is this a little insane?

sucks when you hit that last bottle or hear the keg finally blowing only foam

This moment has gotta be even worse with a keg - at least with a shelf full of bottles I can see the end coming.

it's tolerable, when you keep 3 kegs on tap. gives you the opportunity to change styles, but still sucks when your favorite APA blows nothing but foam finally

Both of those hops are still availble if you look around. I just bought a pound and a half of Amarillo and I still see Simcoe availible. If it is your favorite order some extra....

I love Amarillo so I try to keep some around all the time...

But I feel your pain of running out of one of your favorite brews. I hate it when that happens.
