I am using the recipe from Brewing Classic Styles and it says to have 7 gallons of water prior to boiling. Considering the fact that my pot is 5 gallons, should I use less water and less ingredients or just add no water after transferring the wort to the fermenter? OR something else.

Read the section at the beginning of the book about doing a partial boil and how that requires adjustments.
