English bitter recipe

I lived in London in 1994 and fell in love with the draught bitters. I've always wanted to experience those pints here in the US. Here is my idea for a simple extract attempt. Please give me opinions on whether this sounds way off for 5 gal.

6# maris otter LME
1# crystal malt
1oz east kent goldings @ 60
1oz fuggles @ 60
1oz fuggles @ 5
S-04 yeast

I am still new to homebrewing and will be bottling.
