So i'm looking up things to brew.

This is what I have on hand.

2 Row 50lb
Marris Otter 50lb
Veinna Malt 2lb
Crystal 60*L 2lb
Crispt Chocolate Malt 2lb
Honey Malt 2lb
Special B 2lb
Belgian Biscuit 2lb
Roasted Barley 2lb

Apollo Hops 15oz
Willimette 5oz Hops

Scottish Ale Yeast
American Ale Yeast.


\What do you all think?
 
I would go for an old ale-ish brew.
MO,10% C60, 5%chocolate malt and 2-3% roasted barley.
OG of about 1.075-1.080.
Ferment with Scottish ale yeast.
Bitter to about 40ibu @60 and add a little at 20, all Will hops.

And this is exactly why I posted this. This style ale had not crossed my mind, sounds great too! I'm gonna brew it!
