Greetings everyone! I'm a student at Colorado School of Mines and have always wanted to get into homebrewing. Luckily, the opportunity arose and I was able to purchase a decent kit and brewed my first batch yesterday!
I lived in Berlin, Germany for several weeks with a family over the past 2 year and while there, I fell in love with essentially any type of heffeweizen beer. As a result, my first beer is a low-key heffeweizen and so far, things are 'chuggin right along!
With that being said, I'm glad to be a part of the community and look forward to constantly learning!
