Sorry. Got to show off. Developed and built this brewery for about 4 months. Brewing batch 10 right now.

Omg, my e-brewing is a like cart with wooden wheels compared to that Bentley.
Very nice!
cart with wood wheels and a brok'n handle.

I need to delete my big ole pile of wires in shame!!

teach this unworthy sensa !!!

while i was building mine, it made me want to build more.

it was actually fun figuring that stuff out and planning where to put it

I want to get a 120v digital therometer, and incorperate it into mine

all i am using now is a battery meter..it is on the front in that pouch

Yea, about now I'm feeling like Christopher Columbus getting passed by an aircraft carrier.

No cart here, that was just a comparison to the Bentley.

I do, but the area I brew from is not close to the outlet. My breaker box is on the opposite side of the house from where I brew so it wouldn't be easy to run a new circuit. I'm about ~25 ft from the dryer, I just thought about an extension cord... That would probably work

Sure you can use an extension cord. I brew on the other side of my garage than my breaker is. I have a 37 foot 6/4 cable that I run across the garage on brew day

You may find a ratchet pulley easier than a rack, once the bag is raised out of the kettle, just let it drain w/ gravity. You can drop the hot rod in immediately rather than having a rack in the way, just my opinion.

Yeah no doubt what do I do find a stud in the ceiling and put a fisheye on there
