HERMS e-brewery 50A 240V for back to back brewing
I am selling my HERMS Electric Brewery to down size. I have 4 small kids, and I just cannot use the system as much as I want.

Controller:
50A control panel for back to back batches: For easily producing 5 - 10 gal batches. 15 gallons of finished product is possible (19 gal boil kettle). A single 5500 element is used in both the boil kettle and hot liquor tank. Both heating elements may be run at the same time in order to speed up brewing or back to back batches.

10’ long 50amp 4-prong stove power supply cord
Auber Instruments PID controllers and timer. All controls are independently hooked up to common alarm with separate ON/OFF switch.
Heating element ON/OFF light, (piece of mind an visual understanding of heating cycle)
Master Heating Element switch with independent ON/OFF switch for safety and control
3-120V auxillary outlets. Each has its own ON/OFF switch. Can be used to run 3 pumps independently.
3- RTD inputs with quick disconnects
2- 30 amp output plugs for HLT & Boil Kettle

76 qt Stainless steel stock pot withlid and tri-clad bottom
50’ Stainless Steel Tubing for heat transfer.
5500 watt water heater element (grounded) (PID controlled) with 9’ 30amp plug
RTD thermocouple with quick disconnect

Stainless steel quick disconnects
Water return, for mixing HLT water for better heat transfer and consistent temperatures during the HERMS mashing process

If you have any questions, I would be happy to contribute what I learned during the build. I have had the system for a little over a year, and have produced quite a few batches. The system efficiency ranges from 75% to 85%, however, it is capable of higher efficiency based on brewer practices.
