I am looking at trying two new things with this recipe. Using wheat malt and el dorado hops. I would appreciate any feedback.

Ingredients:

4 lbs 8.0 oz Pilsner (2 Row) UK
4 lbs 8.0 oz Wheat - White Malt (Briess)
1 lbs Munich 10L (Briess)
8.0 oz Honey Malt
0.50 oz El Dorado [13.00 %] - Boil 30.0 min
0.25 oz El Dorado [13.00 %] - Boil 10.0 min
0.25 oz El Dorado [13.00 %] - Boil 5.0 min

American Hefeweizen Ale (White Labs)

Mash Schedule: Single Infusion, Medium Body
Mash In 152.0 F 60 min
Mash Out 168.0 F 10 min
 
Looks really good to me. Personally, id rather use Kolsch yeast or good ol' us-05. Not a fan of any of the wheat strains

Thanks. Someone else also recommended using an American ale yeast.

The other advice was to move the 30 minute hop addition to 15 minutes.
