I am going to be serving this stuff for July 1st this year Gonna be having a BBQ, Beer and Apfelwein. then hopefully we will all still be coherant enough to watch the fireworks . :drunk:
 
Man...I get to sample mine this weekend that I bottled. It will be 2 weeks in the bottle this weekend..I plan on taking alot of it up for our camping trip mem day weekend.

I'll bet they will be awsome fireworks. Just remember to drink some during the party and before you go to bed. I'm glad you like it.

It's great stuff on a hot day. I'm working up to have 6 kegs in supply for the summer.
 
Had 2 glasses tonight, plus a glass of my espresso stout (8% abv). It's going to be hard getting up for work tomorrow.
 
I am about to crank out 15 gallons for July 4th. Having a few families over for a BBQ. Apfelwein + brats + sour kraut = *DROOL*
