Planning a eBIAB build and I'm struggling to plan for wire sizes in my control panel. Here is the schematic I will be using. Can someone mark up this schematic to provide wire sizes? Thanks in advance.

You really ought to consider dumping the PID and going with an Auber DSPR110 controller. This has a "PID like" mode that is easier to tune than a PID, and a boil control mode that is much better than a PID in manual mode. Your controller can be as simple as the design below, or if you are looking for something different, I can work up a custom design.

The thicker wires need to be 10AWG, and the thinner wires can be anywhere from 20AWG to 10AWG (thinner wires are easier to work with.)

Thanks for the reply. I've been living under a rock and didn't know that this type of controller existed. I'll need to do a little bit of reading to see how this controller works. It sounds like a very viable option especially since I'm trying to stay as cheap as possible.

@rack04

Here's the modified design you requested by PM. Let me know if this meets your requirements.
