EBIAB Controller (EBrew Supply vs Wort Hog)

I am working on switching for a Grainfather to a custom EBIAB. I am set on the kettle and now looking at controllers. I am torn between a pre built e brewing supply controller, their complete diy kit for the same controller or the high gravity wort hog EBC 130.

Going with the diy kit i save some money and get to learn and feel accomplishment from completing. However I am concerned it will just be to time consuming. Can anyone weigh in on any of these options if you have experience? Also open to other controllers. Thanks in advance.

I did the eBrewing Supply DIY kit and it took me around 3 hours to wire it, having some basic residential wiring experience.

I have experience with some home electrical work, computer building and car stereo install so I think I can handle it.

When you order the kit how detailed are the instructions? Is it just a wiring diagram or is there more than that?
