EBIAB 120v Controller - Cheap Option

Has anyone had any success using one of these controllers for a 120v EBIAB setup with a 1650w element. The specs say it is good up to 1800w. Let me know your thoughts. Otherwise i may just go with shelling out $100 for the INKBIRD IPB-16.

1800 watt dimmer switch, lol! Get the inkbird, it's a great product, and can double as the controller for a fermentation chamber.

Should work if all you want to control is element power, and not hold any specific temperature.
