Hmmm, that's 2 strong recommendations for a pure munich SMASH. Guess i should give it a go myself!

It's tempting me too. Don't have any Munich handy but once I make some space in my grain storage I'll have to grab some for these

I've also read things that say Briess Munich isn't appropriate for a SMASH like this.

Hi Jon, why might Briess's Munich be inappropriate for a SMASH? My LHBS only carries this Its diastatic power is 40L so i'm guessing it's not an issue with conversion.
