I'll definitely expand on this if need be, but I may need to RDWHAHB so I'll keep it brief.
Bottled a hefe on 09/03 (yes, two days ago). I reused old bottles. My process was to rinse w/ very hot water thoroughly immediately after pouring, let it air dry, spray/rinse w/ starsan a few times. In addition I gave each bottle an eye/ nose evaluation the next day for anything that stuck around. The slightest spec or smell and the bottle was recycled. On bottling day, each bottle soaked for a good 6-10mins in starsan.
Problem:I pulled random samples of bottles and... I noticed that a few of the bottles had a few bubbles forming around the top liquid line. Not all, but a few. one or two had a little spec floating around too. Are some of the bottles infected or did I check way too soon and need to RDWHAHB?

I opened one and I didn't taste any sour notes nor did I pucker. It's DEFINITELY green, but I can taste the banana/clove in the background.

Specs are probably yeast or leftover trub from the fermenter. Bubbles are just carbonation forming I would think. Your bottle cleaning practices are very similar to mine.
