Ok so I got my 2 kits from e-brew today so brewing is on this weekend. The Celebration ale is pretty standard, but the strawberry blonde has 2oz of strawberry flavoring. When does this go in? When I keg it? Secondary? THE DME is Wheat (Which seems a little strange I was expecting malt, maybe with 25% wheat for a blonde). I was thinking since it is wheat, that if I skip secondary I will have a real cloudy strawberry hefe looking beer. The yeast is 1007 German Ale.

The directions are generic.

I've only done one fruit beer Sweet Water Blue Clone and it didn't turn out very "fruity". I added my fruit flavor/extract to my carboy after 7 days. There was a very slight hint of fruit, but you really had to search for it.

I've heard from others, flavor additions like this should be added during bottling.

Chances are it is one of the sugarless fruit flavorings that can be added at anytime. Bottling would probably be best because you can judge how much of it you want to add. Keep in mind the wheat dme is probably only 40-60% wheat and not all wheat. It will take longer to clear up, and will be cloudy if bottled right away without secondary.
