I get it, I just would have assumed sugar instead of DME, especially in a Double IPA.

This is how far Pliny the Elder has infected our processes with this style. I'm guilty of this too, but we just assume that a DIPA should have dextrose in it instead of making it an all grain beer.

As for the beer: The recipe looks delicious. I don't think there is anyway to mix those two hops and make anything but a spectacular beer. I wish they made cologne that smelled like galaxy an amarillo...
