I hate to waste time and risk infection with a secondary since I came to the realization that it is pretty much a total waste of time, but I was 1/2 way through a batch of Farmhouse ale when I realized that my 2 spare fermentors were in use for 2 batches of wine. So I had no choice but to move my blue moon clone from the primary into a carboy to free up a primary for the farmhouse. Oh well. Good thing I didn't toss them!
