I was bottling a Belgian Wheat...

I boiled 5 ounces of water and added my priming sugar to it
I added that to my sanitized bottling bucket
Then siphoned my secondary to the bucket

I forgot to close spigot
So some of the sugar water spilled on the floor.

What would you do? I lost maybe a 1/4 gallon or 1/8 gallon, and its possible I lost 1/2 my sugar water.

I added some table sugar to the fermented beer, then bottled after a few stirs...

Thoughts?

honestly there is no good way to tell just crack one open in a about a week see if they are carbing up. Then monitor them and make sure the table sugar you added wasn't too much.

if you lost your priming sugar, you will need to let them sit longer. beer will carb up without adding any sugar to it, it will just take a REALLY long time. adding sugar will jump start it and get the beer carbed up faster without harming the taste. eventually all your beers will be carbed. i would wait the normal 21 days and then try one. might be carbed, might not. just don't be worried if it hasn't carbed up yet.
