Dual stage ranco help...

So I finally decided to by a ranco dual stage controller after doing some research, but it doesn't have very good wireing instructions and I'm not much of an electrician. I found a thread a while back explaining how to wire them but of course now that I need it, I can't find it. Can someone help me out?!
