Going to the LHBS to get some dry yeast as my repitch from slurry (Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale) didn't work. (Thread here: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f163/ris-yeast-slurry-still-waiting-takeoff-346302/)
The LHBS usually has the following:
1. S-05
2. S-04
3. Windsor
4. Nottingham

My RIS used Nugget, Fuggles, and touch of Summit for hops projected 86 IBUs.

Which of those would you recommend and why?

Anything but windsor, it just doesn't attenuate well enough. Any of those yeasts should do well, just pitch two packets. S-04 flocculates pretty hard and nottingham is a beast at chewing through wort. If your temps are on the higher end, US-05 because it will leave the least amount of esters.

I will second 05, used it on my RIS that due to unexpected eff issues I had it crap out at 11.8% and had to pitch turbo yeast to take it down to 1.024 and its eventual ABV of 13.2%.

Looks like the slurry finally started doing it's job, thanks for all the feedback. If things stall I will grab some S-05.

Thanks again
