Dry leaf hop vs pellets

Leaf hop:

Hi guys, pretty newbie with hop in leafs. What is the usual ration vs pellets??

If I want to add the leaf hops in my batch (because my leaf quantity is not what I should have added vs pellets) straight in fermentation does that makes sense to boil 200ml of water, add hops (such as a boil) cooling and adding to my 20 liter fermentation? Or I have to go absolutely dry op?

Well, first off, you'd use the same amount of whole leaf hops by weight, compared to pellet hops. Dry hopping directly gives aroma. But if you want to ad flavor at this point, then making a tea out of them for 10-20 minutes, then adding to the fermenter might work.
