Been in primary for 7 days gravity 1.20.

I want to rack to secondary and dry hop, On hand I have 2 oz of Cascade and 2 oz of East Kent Goldings.

I was thinking of using the EKG, but was wondering if using an mixture of both would work. Would like to hear the thoughts of the masses.

Went with 2oz of EKG been in for 7 days, took sample today been in primary for 8 days, secondary for 7 days. FG met and flavor delicious letting sit for another week, then to the bottle. Thanks for responding *cheers*
