Yeast
Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale
Been in primary for 7 days gravity 1.20.
I want to rack to secondary and dry hop, On hand I have 2 oz of Cascade and 2 oz of East Kent Goldings.
I was thinking of using the EKG, but was wondering if using an mixture of both would work. Would like to hear the thoughts of the masses.
