Dry Hopping

I recently dry hopped a Lite Ale extract. At first the flavor was nice and mellow but not carbed after a week or two. Now after 3+ weeks the carb is still little but the flavor is very strong. Will the flavor mellow out after more time?

Not if the hops are still in there. If they are, you'll have to take the beer off the hops. Once it's off, the flavor will mellow.
