I brew Gluten free but didn't think that made a big difference for this question. When is the best time to dry hop the beer and how long do you leave the Hops in place ? Have heard just at the end of active fermentation or roughly four days. Also the Hops should be removed after several days. I plan on leaving the beer in the primary Carboy for 3 weeks total before bottling. Don't want to move to secondary. Thanks for any advice.
