I have this beer going in 2 of my LBK's ..I heard WW didn't have enough hops in it.. I've been fermenting them both for a couple days ..D oes anyone suggest dry hopping for these brews. One of them has booster and the other has a can of Mr. Beer creamy brown UME..

I have U.S. SAAZ ,Centennial, Cascades, Pride of Ringwood and some old Tettnangers on hand...

How much hops and how long should the muslin sack be left in :)Thanks

Well...it depends on what "not enough hops in it" means. Not enough bitterness? Not enough flavor? Not enough aroma? Hops will give you all three, but you have to control WHEN you put the hops in to get what you want.

If all you do is dry hop then the only thing you will get is added aroma.

If you've never brewed this before, I would always suggest brewing it as-is the first time around and then tweaking from there. You need to give yourself a baseline to work from.

Relying on other people's input in a situation like this is hard because you are relying on personal taste and preferences. What is hoppy to some, isn't to others.

True True. Yea taste is subjective.. Could also mean it was too sweet for them I guess.. Because They followed the instructions, lol 2 week old brews haven't tasted right to me either..
Thanks for the sound advice :mug:
