Hi folks!
Years ago I made a regular traditional mead, and put a bit of toasted yerba mate in a finished bottle.
I found the result excellent. However, I did not do due diligence and didn't measure anything.
Well, I'd like to make a 10 liters batch (little less than 3gal), and I am want to do the same kind of dry hopping, post fermentation.
Has anyone here here done it?
What did you find?
How much mate did you use?
Did you leave it in the must for how long?
Cheers!
